• Review Simulation/Education guide

• Choose date(s) and time for in situ simulation in ED with PECC

• ​Complete in situ SimBox in the ED with PECC facilitating

• Complete associated Facilitator checklist with that scenario

• Schedule quarterly sims

• Review Sim Report with PRISM and choose at least 1 action item identified in simulation to work on over the next quarter

    • Policy & Procedure

    • Quality Improvement (QI)

• Once an action item is completed, return to Milestone 2 and repeat!
